They would not tell me how much the appointments cost until I had gone several times, then I received a bill for several hundred dollars! As if that wasn't bad enough they didn't fix the problem. I would have been way better off going my massage therapist.

If you look up "Amazing chiropractor" in the dictionary, you should find Sam Tong. He's the best, most careful, knowledgeable, expert Chiro I have ever worked with and I very much appreciate his help dealing with some persistent and complex problems. Recently I wanted an appointment when he was out of town so he referred me out AND sent a YouTube exercise for my exact problem! Now that's customer service.

Con Artists! After my car accident, they somehow got a hold of my cell phone number, called me and gave me fraudulent information and continued to work on me. In the meantime, Whole Health Chiropractic was stacking up a hefty bill. The receptionist would continue to tell me that everything is taking care of through my insurance. At the end of all of it, THEY SLAPPED ME WITH A $4,000.00 BILL! I have inquired the Better Business Bureau. Nobody, should have to go through this.

This is one of the best chiropractic services I've received. Dr. Lee is very welcoming, informative and has great philosophy towards the body and health. This is a practice that approaches chiropractic adjustments from a comprehensive wholistic point of view. The appointments take a bit longer than I've experienced in the past (which I'm comfortable with and enjoy) this is due to Dr. Lee taking the time to access the muscles that contribute to the why a patient made the decision to get adjusted.

I also like they don't subscribe to the 3x week adjustment plan - each case is treated individually. The front desk team is also very warm, welcoming and helpful. I'm relieved to have found a great team to work with towards optimal health! The office is professional and in an easy location with sufficient parking.
