I've been going to unravel for some time now and it's been an amazing experience. I have a lot of back pain from work and it has decreased significantly since going there. The front desk people are super kind and helpful and the therapists are great as well. Overall, I always look forward to going back!

Went in with some lower back pain and the masseuse was amazing. Focused massage for lower back pains and deep tissue massage, very relaxing and super recommended.

This is not a review of services but some feedback for the company. I wanted to schedule massages for my husband and I. We are newer to the Magnolia area and would have been new, recurring clients. The woman who answered the phone on the morning of 9/9/21 was very unprofessional. She seemed exasperated from the moment she picked up the phone, as if she were annoyed someone was even calling to schedule an appointment.

I advised that I am typically available between 9am and 5pm every weekday. she kept offering times after 5pm even though we had already discussed that wouldn't work. She could have simply said, "My next available appointment during that time frame is on x date at x time" but she seemed incapable of working with someone over the phone to find a good time. I just gave up and didn't schedule anything because it was a very off-putting experience. It seems like you have very positive reviews for your services, please train your staff on customer service or even better, use an online booking service.
