Swedish Massage
This classic technique uses light to firm pressure to increase oxygen flow, release muscle toxins, and ease daily stress. Ideal for general relaxation and improving circulation, it combines long strokes with kneading movements to promote overall wellness. Clients benefit from enhanced flexibility and reduced muscle tension through this foundational therapy.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting deeper muscle layers, this modality addresses chronic pain and postural issues by releasing tension in connective tissues. Therapists use focused pressure to break adhesions, improve mobility, and reduce inflammation. Particularly effective for injury recovery and chronic conditions, it promotes long-term musculoskeletal health through precise manual therapy techniques.
Sports Massage
Combining deep tissue work with active stretching, this specialized treatment enhances athletic performance and recovery. Therapists address sport-specific stress points to improve range of motion, prevent injuries, and reduce post-exercise fatigue. Regular sessions help maintain optimal physical condition for both professional and recreational athletes.
Medical Massage
Delivering targeted therapeutic benefits, this modality addresses specific medical conditions through evidence-based techniques. Therapists develop treatment plans focused on rehabilitation, pain management, and functional improvement. Sessions incorporate myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy to address chronic pain patterns and support medical treatment plans.
Hot Stone Therapy
Utilizing heated basalt stones, this treatment enhances relaxation through deep heat penetration. Warm stones placed on key body points melt away tension while therapists use them for gliding strokes that improve circulation. The combination of thermal therapy and massage promotes profound muscle relaxation and stress reduction during each session.

I was looking for a medical massage therapist. Carmen is so skilled and intuitive! I immediately felt safe and was able to relax. She communicated with me throughout the session. I booked my next session! If wholistic wellness is your objective, this is where it's at!

I wasted my time here. I scheduled a 6pm appointment days in advanced and showed up 15 minutes early like asked and had to wait more than an hour before someone came out to assist me and never received my massage that I paid for before the receptionist left for the day. There was no communication that they pushed my appointment to 6:30 and no one was alerted that I was waiting in the front. I will not be coming here again. My mother was coming also and I recommend this place to my siblings and am advising them to find somewhere else for us to take our business.

I have been getting massages from my massage therapist Maribel. She is work of art, she has the hands of God. Maribel knows what I need every time I go see her. I get the hot stone massage and it's always the best. She plays nice soothing music always has the best oils to massage. I went in with a headache and came out headache free! Go see Maribel at this location and her price is right for an hour massage. You will not regret going trust me, let her know I referred you to her

The staff is GREAT! That is the only reason why I continue to go back. The tanning beds are not up to date seems like the bulbs are always out. I did not know all of this when I bought the unlimited package. Just all around disappointed. Again the staff is the ONLY reason why I have come back. Plus Jasmine gives a great massage!
