Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses long strokes, kneading, and friction techniques to promote relaxation and improve circulation. Ideal for stress relief, this modality addresses muscle tension through gentle pressure and lubricants. Clients benefit from enhanced blood flow, reduced mental stress, and improved overall well-being in a calming environment.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets chronic muscle tension using firm pressure and slow strokes. It focuses on deeper muscle layers and connective tissue to alleviate pain from injuries or overuse. Clients experience improved mobility, reduced inflammation, and long-term relief from persistent discomfort through this targeted approach.
Structural Integration
Structural Integration realigns the body's fascia through a 10-series protocol. This method improves posture, flexibility, and energy efficiency by addressing connective tissue imbalances. Clients report lasting pain reduction and enhanced physical performance through this holistic structural transformation.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage employs gentle rhythmic movements to stimulate fluid circulation. This technique reduces swelling, boosts immunity, and aids post-surgical recovery by clearing lymphatic congestion. Clients benefit from reduced edema, improved toxin removal, and enhanced systemic wellness through specialized manual therapy.

The place is a very well kept place. My MT Altranise made me feel welcomed and comfortable and at ease. Received a deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Walked out feeling better than ever. I will be back. Thank you!

I received the most amazing massage with Kimberly today. We were able to discuss my expectations prior to the massage and she targeted all of my troublesome areas and did so with care. I left with an overwhelming sense of relaxation and relief. The entire experience was therapeutic. Kimberly was very professional but also made me feel so comfortable that it felt like time with a friend! Thank you so much, I can't wait to come back!

I've always been a bit anxious about the idea of getting a massage. There was something about the state of undress and being massaged by a stranger that kept me away. A recent fall and a week's worth of pain had me finally give in to a recommendation and I went to Bodywork Professionals in Latham for the first time today. Seth was incredibly accommodating, very patient, listened to everything I asked and identified all the points that were causing me pain.

He made me feel immediately comfortable and markedly better. In my ignorance, I didn't even think of bringing cash for a gratuity, but Seth didn't give any indication that he was bothered by the less than customary tip. An ice-storm is keeping me from going back today to make this up to him, but in the mean-time, I thought a review was in order and I will be returning in the near future for another visit and to compensate him for his exceptional service. Everyone needs a bit of self-care once in a while and I could not recommend this place and Seth more!
