Elena is excellent. She is well trained in a variety of techniques and does a great job keeping me in tune! She adjusts her treatment to meet my needs. As a masters track & field athlete I am often suffering some type of injury. Elena helps the recovery process and provides inputs on how to prevent in the future.

It took me 3 years to find Elena. My now 12-year old daughter wants to become a professional ballerina, and trains many hours a week in classical ballet. Several years ago, while living in Moscow, she was diagnosed with Scoliosis and Lordosis. We had an excellent Sports Therapist in Moscow, but after arriving to San Diego, I was devastated. I could find no specialist that satisfied our needs and criteria.

So I had to drive to Los Angeles, and it was very hard on our family. After finally finding and locating Elena, I decided to give her massage a try, And needless to say, we are very happy! Elena is very knowledgable, but she is also very gentle, which is very important! She knows all the specifics and requirements of training of athletes, what is needed and what has to be addressed. Before Elena's therapy, my daughter always used to complain of neck pains, but after just one massage, it was gone!

I really value the service I get from Elena. She has a great working knowledge of the muscle groups and her touch is careful and skillful. On problem areas, she has the hand strength to zero in on stubborn muscles and make them move again, yet she is very sensitive to my comfort level and finds the right balance.
