Couples Massage
Concurrent treatments for two clients in a shared space. Available sessions: 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Ideal for romantic partners or friends seeking simultaneous relaxation. Includes private changing areas and coordinated therapist scheduling for synchronized treatment.
Hot Stone Therapy

What massage modalities do you offer?
We provide Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports, cranio-sacral, reiki, shiatsu, cupping, hot stone, prenatal, and reflexology treatments.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, customizable gift certificates are available for all services. Purchase options include our Regent Park location and online portal.
What are your cancellation policies?
24-hour notice required for cancellations. Late arrivals may receive shortened sessions. Credit card required for reservations with 3% processing fee.
Are your therapists licensed?
All massage therapists and estheticians hold current North Carolina professional licenses with specialized training in their respective fields.
Can I schedule appointments on weekends?
Yes, regular hours include Thursday–Saturday 11 am–6 pm, with Sunday and Monday appointments available by request.

My husband and I vacationed here for our 22nd anniversary. For my gift he finally committed to a couples massage. Relax and Rejuvenate is in a small strip mall and we almost missed it; glad we didn't! We were greeted and taken care of by the sweet young lady at the front desk. Solomon and Bailey did our massages. They were professional and truly paid attention to our needs. Next time we are in town we will definitely visit again.

I got a facial here and it was absolutely amazing! I was trying not to fall asleep just so I could continue to feel it. My face has never felt so clean and rejuvenated. If I could recommend this place 1000 times, I definitely would.

Our experience was lovely, from the beginning. Marissa (receptionist) was AWESOME! She was patient with our questions and was happy to go above and beyond for our couples massage session! Our massage therapists were super skilled and professional. I am partial to Rebecca, since she massaged me! Lol. They both were AWESOME! THE HOUR WENT BY TOO FAST! So happy we came.

Kelly, is great! Best esthetician in the galaxy! If need a superior facial or waxing of any kind she is the person to go to! Massage service was wonderful and relaxing! Found my new place for massages, and my wife and I will continue to our more than 10 year relationship with Kelly Davis!

Kelly Davis does an amazing job with wax! My husband and I are both regular customers for years with her, and when she left L'eau De Vie, I followed her to this fantastic location. Go see her! Great place! I was worried since it's in this little strip center in town but I was so glad I picked it. I've got horrible chronic neck problems and am usually always disappointed when I get a massage out of town but Alex knew what he was doing. Strong amazing hands. I got a myofacial release deep DEEP tissue massage. Painful, but it got the job done. I'm still doing good 4 days later and 15 hours riding in a car. That's unheard of for me. I'd almost fly to North Carolina just to see Alex and get that again!
