Hands on Health was founded in 2003 by Steve Mohrman. Steve received his Massage Therapy degree from the New York College of Health Professions. He is a licensed massage therapist in NY, NM, and NC. Throughout his career has worked extensively with all sections of community. In particular, he has focused on working with athletes and those with complicated pain issues.

Our signature Deep Tissue / Neuromuscular massage combines targeted trigger point therapy, deep broad compression, friction, myofascial release and targeted stretching to help clients suffering with chronic or acute pain. Sessions are fully customized to each clients specific needs and requests. If you desire massage and bodywork for stress management, ongoing maintenance, or relief from mild aches and pains we recommend our Integrative Wellness Massage.We customize each session to our clients needs.

Our Asheville Massage Therapy Center is Located within Virtu Skin and Body Care at 830 Hendersonville Rd. Suite #3 (second floor). Aprox 1 mile south of I-40, next to the Ingles Shopping plaza at South Forest. From North, turn left at light as if you are turning into Ingles, then an immediate right into our adjacent lot. There is a large mural of the Blue Ridge Pkwy on the side of our building.
