It is all in the name of this business! To start, you are greeted by the owner of the business who is absolutely delightful! The establishment is spotless, very well kept. It is clear this business takes much pride in what they do and the client experience! I had a massage with Alice, it was heaven! Her pressure was exactly what I needed to relieve the stress in my neck and shoulders and she educated me on body mechanics and how to manage stress relief in between sessions. I can't wait for my appointment in three weeks! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Heaven & Health is a little gem. I discovered Heaven & Health last year. I have been pampered by Marie ever since. I have scheduled appointments for my daughter and my husband as well. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a little bit of pampering. I enjoy it because it gives me an opportunity to leave the worries of the day at the door.

I have had massages by a few different therapists from Heaven and Health and they have all been fabulous! Their newer location is simple, but peaceful, and the rooms are quiet and have the perfect ambiance with relaxing music and comfortable temperature. The owner Helen is friendly and professional. It has become my go-to place for a massage.

I've been a client of Heaven & Health for 7 years, and the service has been uniformly excellent. I regularly have therapeutic massage with Rebecca, but on occasion have also had massages with Alice, and always feel better when I leave. The facility is convenient, and spacious. Highly recommend for any type of massage therapy.
