I scheduled a deep tissue sports massage specifically to help deal with some lower back muscle pain. I confirmed with them before I got there about the type of massage, confirmed I had someone who performed sports massages and that they would be focusing on the muscles in my lower back. At check-in time I filled out a form with the same information, the masseuse looked over the form with me and confirmed what we were doing.
Then I got a generic relaxing light massage that seemed to focus primarily on my neck and shoulders. The massage itself was fine and the facilities are nice but don't come here for anything that is not a generic relaxing massage, they will not modify their normal massage to fit your needs.

I use a wheelchair to get around outside of the house. I need to do this because I have limited mobility due to the impact of living with Multiple Sclerosis. It has been difficult to find a massage therapist who is comfortable working with the limits of my body. I have now had three massages with Jenny Conway and I will be returning for many more! Optimal Massage is wheelchair accessible, for my small manual wheelchair, and I think it will be for most chairs.
If you use a large, powered one you might call to check measurements just to make sure. There is a handicap parking spot on the street, right at the end of the alley where Optimal Massage is located. The entire staff is helpful and thoughtful without crossing into the range of treating me like someone who can't care for themselves (if you are in a wheelchair, you know what I mean). Jenny is very comfortable helping me get on and off the table, and working with my spastic muscles.
If you have a chronic illness, or some physical limitation that means your body needs a little extra patience and care, I absolutely recommend you give Optimal Massage and particularly, Jenny Conway a try!
