1-15-2022 replying to the owners response. You didn't give 24 plus hours notice. If it was such a big problem you should of started it in the beginning of it not over half way already through. I know the facts and the truth. Until you are in my shoes and see it from my side you won't understand. Not my fault you waited until last minute to get your changes made to website etc. You singled me out and threw me under the bus, the way you handled it all.

Right is right and wrong is wrong. Would never recommend massage Therapist Matt Winings, after the way he handled a situation. If someone that runs a business wouldn't wait a day before an appointment to throw the client under the bus consider I had been a client for a long while. Very frustrated and discouraging on the way it was handled. If going to make an important change it should be changed on the website immediately and a notice go out to all customers.

It was like I was singled out.when I was informed no change etc was made to websites etc. Poor communication on his end and the way he went about handling the change. Right is right and wrong is wrong. If there was a way to put negative stars I would.

Matt has magic fingers. I can relax through an entire 2 hour massage. Never rushed, he actually plans time between clients. I've never run into another client coming or going from Matt's.

Matt's online booking system is easy to use, and he communicates ahead of time about location, parking, etc. He offers pre-massage paperwork electronically so that can be taken care of ahead of arriving. He's taken all the needed steps to practice as safely as possible during the pandemic. All that is icing on the cake that is an incredible massage. I scheduled my second before leaving after my first, the first time I've ever done so after decades of massage and body work and having practiced massage myself.

Matt made me feel extremely comfotable for my first ever professional massage. Being an athlete and previously military, my body and mind has taken its fair share of beatings. I have been seeing Matt for 90-minute monthly massages since May. I wanted to wait a while before posting my review. Matt's space at the Stutz Business Center brings a peaceful oasis to a cool part of downtown. I love the history of the Stutz Center and it's inventive repurposing. A zen-like feeling awaits in Matt's studio where the sound of trickling water invites you to escape reality for a bit. Matt has choreographed a complete massage experience from start to finish.

He moves stealthily around the room in a methodical, fluid manner. Added touches like hot towels round things out nicely and show Matt's attention to detail. No aspect of your time on the table escapes his attention and respect.

My first visit was great. Matt extended a warm and friendly greeting. He talked with me about what I wanted/needed. He was 100% spot on with the work he did to me. The atmosphere in his studio is tranquil and what you'd want.
