Services
Massage Therapy
Paradise Spa provides diverse massage modalities tailored to individual needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal options. Therapists use heated stones, cupping, and myofascial techniques to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote recovery from injuries or chronic pain. Clients benefit from customized pressure levels and upgrades like aromatherapy, ensuring a deeply relaxing experience while addressing specific health concerns.
BAT Therapy
BAT Therapy targets deep-seated tension and postural imbalances through specialized fascial manipulation. Designed for chronic pain relief, this 30-minute session releases 'body armor' buildup caused by trauma, repetitive motions, or stress. Clients often experience improved mobility and reduced inflammation after a series of sessions, with long-term benefits for physical and emotional well-being.
Facials
Custom facials use Image Skincare products to address aging, hydration, and skin texture concerns. Treatments include antioxidant infusions, microdermabrasion, and organic blends to rejuvenate complexions. Therapists perform extractions, hydrating serums, and mask applications, leaving skin balanced and refined. Mens facial options focus on oil control and post-shave care for tailored results.
Body Waxing
Precision waxing services cater to facial, body, and intimate areas, using gentle techniques for lasting smoothness. Options include full-body treatments, Brazilian waxing, and targeted zones like arms or legs. Therapists prioritize comfort and post-care guidance, ensuring minimal irritation and refined skin texture between sessions.
Far-Infrared Sauna
The far-infrared sauna penetrates deep into tissues, promoting detoxification through increased perspiration and improved circulation. This therapy aids in reducing inflammation, burning calories, and relieving muscle tension. Clients can opt for single sessions or packages, enjoying a private, relaxing environment to enhance overall wellness and skin health.

I had a great morning at the spa with a session of BATT therapy that loosened up my neck so that I feel human again. That was followed by one of the best facials I've ever had. Great atmosphere, great therapists.

Visiting from San Francisco and although the beaches here in St Petersburg are wonderful, I would make a trip back here just to get a Swedish massage from Amy at Paradise Spa. She was absolutely incredible! I've gotten my fair share of massages in my life and Amy is one of the best I've ever had.

My wife surprised me with a trip to Treasure Island for our anniversary. We went right from the airport to the spa and had a 92 minute couples massage. It was FANTASTIC! They were professional, courteous and our massage therapist listened to what we wanted! Thank you Paradise Spa!

Scheduled a 90 min appointment a couple weeks ago while on a visit in town for family matters and was taken back by how good the experience was and how well the establishment was managed. I've been to a number of other massage spas before throughout the US and had regularly visited Massage Envy. The difference between the others and here is that everyone was friendly and actually interested in what I was coming in for the visit.
I was inquired on the normal questionnaire of info but was also asked about my past massage experiences. My massage therapist took good notation of all the good, bad and uncomfortable experiences in the past and helped incorporate a custom experience with guided instructions to help me get the most out of the massage. 10/10 would recommend!
