We offer many different types of massage to choose from swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and sports massage. We incorporate the bodies natural healing energy to assist me during the session. Every massage is customized to your specific needs.

The Reiki energy is perceived as heat or sensation that comes from the channels hands. It is gentle and stimulates the bodys own innate wisdom to cure the cause of the problem, promoting a holistic balancing of body, mind and spirit.

This place is awful. Go elsewhere. Took me months to get an appt. They cancelled and never returned my calls or emails. Just showed up and no one is answering my knocks or calls or voicemails. So rude and unprofessional! What a waste of time. So many better places in town

I have left multiple voicemails and tried to book a massage for the past month and STILL have not heard back. Im trying to trade in my voucher because if its this hard to book an appointment I can't imagine what the massage would be like. Just reading these reviews are scary.

If you want more customers and better rating, consider changing your communication strategy. For a business that's in it to de-stress, just trying to set up an appointment was a headache. I bought a Groupon package for massages. I called at least 3 times over a period of two weeks to set an appointment and each time it went to a Google voice mail. The voice mail said I can text to the number, which I did twice, each time from different numbers. But I did not get a response. Are you kidding me? Had to trade in my voucher for something else.

Watch out, I'm new to this area, I tried to purchase a package from this studio, they have a google voice number and refuse to answer phone calls.

Love the teachers and staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Teachers are great at giving instructions and taking care of the class. Always feel welcomed as a big family here at Surya Namaskar

This is an amazing studio that practices the traditional style of sivananda yoga. It's my favorite yoga class I go to all week! Which is 1 of 4! I have recently joined their teacher training program and I'm completely Satisfied with my decision based off the knowledge I'm receiving. Thank you Jeff!

Best yoga I have done! The prices are extremely reasonable especially with student discount and packs. I think it is worth it to come here than other places for those who are serious about improving and trying out real yoga.

The studio felt like home. I had an immediate sense of welcoming there. I felt like this was the "real deal". All of the teachers I encountered there had something unique to offer and classes were consistently great. Hope you enjoy their classes as much as I have. Namaste

Been using Jeff for regular massage for 5 years- and he knows his stuff! With almost two decades of experience, hes great at knowing just what I need to keep healthy and functional! Whether youre looking for relaxation or athletic performance, this is the place to go! Clean environment, comfortable space makes it a relaxing trip every time.

Iv'e been to plenty Yoga & Tai Chi studios around and in St Pete and this is the only one I saw with an actual connection to real authentic Yoga and Tai Chi. They teach yoga that is based in Shivananda Yoga with all aspects of true Yoga including breathing techniques philosopey and untampered yoga asanas. One day I came and there was an actual real life Swami Teaching about Yoga! sadly that is very rare these days. The only place that shows Yoga and Tai Chi in there full and authentic form besides master Wong Kiew Kit and the Sivananda Organization.

you want to try authentic Tai Chi and Yoga, go with Surya Namaskar! Katie and Shahar are very knowledgable and helpful. I've done 3 classes with them and am looking forward to more. You won't be disappointed

The only place to study yoga and get a great massage in Saint Petersburg. Well maybe not the only place. But a Great one!!

I've been coming to Surya Namaskar for years. I feel they have remained true to the original ideal of Yoga - creating a balance between body, mind and spirit which is what I certainly need. I find it a warm
and accepting oasis in the heart of St. Pete, not to mention all the workshops, on health, spirituality, nutrition with amazing instructors. So glad you are all there!
