Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage uses gentle to firm pressure techniques to enhance circulation and relieve muscle tension. Following European traditions, this therapy promotes overall relaxation through long, flowing strokes. Ideal for stress relief and maintaining muscle flexibility, it serves as both preventive care and recovery treatment for everyday physical strain.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage targets chronic muscle tension through focused pressure on deeper muscle layers. Therapists use slow strokes and deep finger pressure to release tightness from repetitive strain or injuries. This treatment improves mobility and alleviates pain caused by postural imbalances while requiring client communication to maintain comfort levels during sessions.

Therapeutic Combo

Therapeutic Combo combines multiple techniques tailored to individual needs. Therapists integrate Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point methods to address specific concerns like sports injuries or workplace strain. This adaptable approach ensures comprehensive treatment for both immediate relief and long-term wellness goals through personalized session planning.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage employs gentle rhythmic movements to stimulate natural toxin removal processes. This specialized technique enhances immune function while reducing fluid retention through targeted manipulation of lymph nodes. Particularly beneficial for post-surgical recovery and chronic swelling conditions, it promotes systemic wellness through improved circulation and metabolic efficiency.

Reflexology

Reflexology applies targeted pressure to specific points on feet, hands, and ears corresponding to body organs. Based on traditional Chinese medicine principles, this therapy aims to restore energy flow and promote self-healing. Sessions often include complementary acupressure techniques to address stress-related conditions and improve overall bodily function through neurological stimulation.

Ellen is a true professional! In these uncertain times, it's really important to know that you can trust the people who we spend time in close contact with. Ellen has taken up the challenge of creating a safe space to keep us all safe, while working to help us feel a bit more relaxed! Outdoor massages are seriously the best thing ever! Even when it's hot out, I just imagine that I'm laying out by a pool. Ellen is the absolute best in the desert, and the he only person I would trust right now!

Amanda was probably the best masseuse I have ever had - EVER. Both my friend I said to each other after our massages that our bodies felt different - better than they have felt in a very long time. And I am happy to report that I still find that my body as a whole feels better, less achy, less pops, better sleep. She is a true healer. Amanda took her time, making sure that she was able to work the areas that needed working without concern for a ticking clock.

The was professional, friendly and exceptionally trained. Her attention to detail and her knowledge was seemingly endless. She is a healer not just a massage therapist. Safe to say that we will be your services every time we come to Palm Springs, which is usually a couple of times a year. You have a customer for life! I wish Amanda was closer - I would want to have her come regularly!

Quality Massage Therapy is the place to go for massages or skin care in the Coachellla Valley. They have a staff of 3 males and 6 females that will pamper you in their Palm Springs studio or wherever you need them. I've used Ellen Pirosh twice now - She's a very patient, warm and caring person whose positive energy puts you at ease. Whatever problem you have, she can fix it for you. A true professional! Super clean and hygienic facilities. Making this my regular place to get a massage and so should you!

Best massage ever! The facility is warm, and inviting. Ellen is a true healer. Every time i go, i am given a full healing experience, and I just melt. She also does house calls. Sge brings the tables, the aroma therapy, and some fantastic healing oils. Amazing experience, and with reasonable prices. I treat myself at least once a month. You should too. You will be so happy you listened to me.
