My experience here was so relaxing and nice, My massage therapist had her work cut out for her and she did such a great job, the Vichy shower and body buffing was amazing!

I come here once a month to relax and get my body extra love it needs. I'm absolutely obsessed with getting facials. Trying my best to do something right by my skin, after all we only have 1 face our whole life we should take care of it.

Had a wonderful facial here today. The place was clean, cozy and serene and the staff was friendly. My esthetician was fabulous and she was so helpful in answering questions I had about my beauty regimen. I'll definitely be going back.

I have been going on a monthly basis for a 90 minute massage. My massage therapist is amazing. Today they scheduled a tub therapy session right next to my massage. So about 20 minutes into my massage I hear a tub being filled at full blast, then talking then the jets running for the remainder of the massage. It was so loud you could not hear the soft relaxing music in my room. I could not relax and it interrupted my massage.
When I talked to the front desk the attitude was we will note this on your file to not schedule you in the room. No apology it was just they had to "accommodate their appointments", they didn't even ask me if I wanted to make an appointment for next month. I have been going here for years. Poor treatment of a regular client and I have many friends and coworkers that I have referred here. Not any more.

My mom had a massage scheduled for today I'm not sure with who has they would not give me the persons name but she refused to wear a mask even when I asked for her to wear a mask so I had to leave from my massage. The door and the quite room both have signs that say please wear a mask indoors but yet it's optional for the employees. If anything it should be optional for the clients as were the one paying and if a client asks for you to wear a mask they should wear a mask for good customer service and etiquette. I've been coming here for over 10 years and this is the worst experience I've ever had and you think they could be a little more considerate considering the situation that we're in, the fact that I'm a paying customer, and I'm also elderly. Masks are currently required for all indoor settings through February 15 so why it would be optional for an employee to wear a mask goes against the governors orders. I have left messages for the owner and the manager to call so I guess I'll see if I get a response.

A new favorite! I'm not sure how I've lived in redlands for 4 years and not visited this awesome day spa. All the little touches like warm foot soak and warm neck wrap when arrive is worth checking in 15 min early! Had salt stone massage and light skim facial. Both were very good and even better than some past experiences with much more expensive spas. The staff were spectacular - my apologies for not remembering the welcome desk persons name and young staffer with the welcome soak and neck wrap. For the services I had April and Sherry. will go back to them again very soon. The retail area was beautiful with great products and I bought several items for myself and a gift.

This was my second visit and today I did a 90 min Massage with April. She was just amazing! I never had a masseuse that has helped me with my pain like April did. I normally don't let anyone massage my lower back because it always hurts me too much, but April did reflexology on me and knew exactly what pressure points to hit that released all the fluid in my back that for the first time I was able to be massaged in my back.
I didn't even know there was fluid and inflammation there that was causing my pain all these years. April knows exactly what she is doing and listens to her client. I have already scheduled to come back to her in a couple of weeks. Thanks April!
