Serene, clean, & relaxing. Customer service is professional. There is a shower, teas to drink, & a comfy room to wait or just chill in. Music was peaceful & individual private rooms & couple rooms. Great experience. Wish I could go once a month. Massage deep & Swedish combo had me floating.

Disappointed in the front desk help! Wanted to pay for my daughter's massage. gave all my info. setup an account!. Charged my daughter's card anyway!! I get that help is hard to come by these days but how freaking hard is it. Hope the massages are better. I won't give 1 star,

The massage was really good--a little shorter than the hour bur it was lovely. My problem was with the front desk. I had a paper gift certificate It said I had a full hour for a therapeutic massage. When I went to pay she charged me more, even though the certificate said it was for the massage. I made sure it wasn't a special massage. I only brought money for the tip so the poor girl was gipped out of her full tip so the spa could have extra. So beware---if you have a gift certificate for a service they may charge you.
