Worst massage of my life. I'm pregnant so I booked a pregnancy massage. They did not have any pregnancy support cushions or special bed so should not be advertising this. It was a glorified back rub, didn't even touch my feet. They also charge more for the pregnancy massage even though you actually get less. I had to lay on my sides which killed my shoulders ( which she didn't bother to massage either). However my facial with Saint was amazing, so I have to give at least some stars. I would go back for facials only.

Very disappointing client service. For a place which is suppose to give a luxury service it did not feel like so as they simply did not care to go the extra mile. I had booked a couple massage for me and my husband for our 10th year anniversary. We unfortunately arrived with a little bit of delay. So our 80min massage became a 50min as they close at 5pm. This was shared to us only at the moment of payment they could have at least do a 60 or 70min massage as there were still people in the spa but our massage was ended at 4:50pm Very poor customer service and no empathy towards the guests as we are not from the are they simply did not care and it's sad. As far as the massage it self it was good but nothing exceptional I wouldn't be able to encourage anyone to go there.

Everyone was very professional and nice. Massage amazing. Manicure beautiful. While I would never spend the money for Yumi Brow again, the technician was lovely. I was totally relaxed when I left. Thank you.

Went with a few of my girlfriends. Two had facials and two had a massage. Each one of us had a great service. We all felt so relaxed after and the two that got facials looked 5 years younger!

I had a great experience yesterday with Rosa, who did my manicure. She was very meticulous, which is hard to find these days. They were able to accommodate a VERY last minute appointment request, which was greatly appreciated. I have had a hell of a week, and was really stressed- called on a whim because I happened to be driving by and saw the sign. It completely changed the trajectory of my day, just being able to relax, and have an hour of peace. Thank you for being so accommodating, and for making my nails look great! I have pre-booked for the next time, adding a pedicure as well : Thank you!

I was gifted a Cozy in the Hills package by my dear boyfriend for my 30th birthday. It was over $360 and absolutely not worth it. The best part of my day was the massage, it was done by a man which was not my preference but I was advised the day before my appointment that the woman I scheduled was not available. The man that helped me was a professional and so kind, that was about the end of the professionalism.
My facial was incredibly painful and uncomfortable, I had advised that I hadn't had one before and found the extraction process especially painful. Then my Mani Pedi which went well but I was rushed in the end and my nails became smugged. The worst was the end when I went to leave, I was advised the payment method made online didn't save and had to call my boyfriend to pay by phone. It was embarrassing and the teenagers working there were not helpful and bordeline rude. I will never come back and will not be taking anymore overprice spa days here
