Services
Deep Tissue Massage
This neuromuscular therapy targets connective tissue to relieve chronic tension and prevent injury from repetitive motions. Our practitioners use focused pressure techniques to address muscle knots and improve mobility. Ideal for athletes and individuals with chronic pain conditions seeking long-term relief through structural realignment.
Swedish Massage
Our traditional Swedish massage enhances circulation while addressing muscle aches and stress. Through long strokes and kneading movements, this treatment promotes overall relaxation and improved blood flow. Perfect for first-time clients seeking general wellness benefits and stress reduction through therapeutic touch.
Prenatal Massage
Specifically designed for expectant mothers after the first trimester, this treatment addresses pregnancy-related discomforts. Our therapists use specialized positioning and gentle techniques to alleviate back pain and reduce stress while ensuring safety for both mother and baby through proper body support.
Hot Stone Massage
This heat therapy treatment uses warmed basalt stones to penetrate deep muscle layers and promote relaxation. The stones' natural heat helps release tension while improving circulation through gradual temperature transfer. Available in 60-minute sessions at $90 or 90-minute sessions at $120 for enhanced therapeutic benefits.
Microdermabrasion
This advanced facial treatment addresses various skin concerns through mechanical exfoliation. Our specialists use diamond-tipped devices to remove dead skin cells while stimulating collagen production. Effective for treating sun damage, fine lines, and uneven skin texture through non-invasive skin renewal techniques.

Visiting the area from WI and did a lot of research for massages in the area; so glad I came across Gulf Coast Massage and Skin Care. Carrie, you are an absolute delight. If I'm ever in the area again, I will hands down schedule another appointment but will make sure I schedule earlier so I can get 90 mini with you!

I went in today for my first massage ever, I was a little nervous but with in the first few minutes I knew I was in good hands. Gerti gave me the most amazing deep tissue massage, I have been in pain for months because of the arthritis in my hips and chronic back pain. Today was the first time I actually have felt relief and I am so great full(wish I would've found her sooner). Thank you again and I will most definitely be back regularly.
