I have been going to this spa for a very very long time. however my massage was absolutely the worst massage I have ever had, the massage therapist pretty much put cream on her hands and rubbed it on my body. I asked her to increase her pressure, and she said if you are looking for a deep massage I am not your girl. I was looking for a massage, not someone applying cream on my body. I mentioned it to the girl who rang me out, who seemed to be in a hurry to get to my credit card, and not deal with the bad service provided. 100 plus later I left all tense, and with the same muscle aches. ugh. I should get a refund. this sucked.

My massage was amazing but my facial was a joke. All the lady did was wash my face. She spent a lot of time texting on her phone. I did not get a facial mask and she did put stuff on my face then washed it off again and again. It is not what I'm use to. I would recommend the massage but not the facial. We

I was having an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE week. I went into SPA 41 in hopes of receiving a peaceful facial to relax my mind and hopefully brighten my day. Instead I left with a cut on my eye. The esthetician was performing a dermaplaning facial on the left side of my face when all of sudden I felt her blade slice my right eye. She moved her hand across my face for whatever reason and cut my right eye. Now I have a scar under my right eye.
This just added even more stress to my already stressful week, definitely not how I excepted my night to go at all. The esthetician also never apologized for cutting my face, she told me that it was " my fault" that she cut my face. I was never compensated in any way for this action. I would never recommend this spa to anyone.
