Receivers of massage often report a sense of heightened well-being. The therapist may incorporate active or passive stretching and hot or cold packs to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.

We suggest that you plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in and relax. The allotted time for your services allows for undressing, dressing and resting time. Please be considerate so that we can fulfill our commitment to see you and others on time. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled treatment.
Pricing

There are no added fees for any of our services. Our prices are based on the length of your session. Additionally, our sessions are scheduled so your massage lasts for the full length of the session; i.e. an hour massage would be scheduled for ninety minutes. A ninety-minute massage would be scheduled for two hours.

Pregnancy is a time of major structural, physiological and psychological changes in a woman's life. Massage can play an important role by reducing neck and back pain (caused by the change in posture) and stimulating lymphatic drainage (thereby reducing edema). Regular massage throughout pregnancy keeps you more comfortable and makes for an easier delivery.
