Clients that are scheduled and do not notify the spa before the 24 hour cancellation time will be subject to have their card charged in full. We are located in the Rocky Mountains where snow is inevitable. Snow or inclement weather does not keep our staff from coming in. Please prepare well when booking to ensure your safe arrival. Your treatments have been reserved especially for you.
