Services
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy gently manipulates connective tissue around the brain and spine to alleviate headaches, reduce mental tension, and balance the nervous system. This non-invasive technique uses light touch to release restrictions in the craniosacral system, promoting fluid movement and self-correction. Clients often experience deep relaxation and improved mental clarity, with benefits extending to chronic pain relief and emotional well-being through enhanced nervous system regulation.
Rolfing Structural Integration
Rolfing reorganizes soft tissues to realign the skeleton, improving posture, mobility, and long-term pain relief. Practitioners use targeted pressure to release fascial restrictions, restoring balance to the body's structure. This 10-series process addresses chronic tension patterns, enhancing flexibility and energy efficiency. Clients report improved body awareness, reduced discomfort from repetitive strain, and better alignment that supports optimal physical function in daily activities and exercise.
Lymph Drainage Therapy
Lymph Drainage Therapy enhances lymphatic circulation to detoxify tissues, reduce swelling, and boost immune function. Practitioners use rhythmic, gentle movements to stimulate lymph flow, clearing metabolic waste and excess fluids. This therapy benefits those with lymphedema, post-surgical swelling, or chronic fatigue, promoting systemic detoxification and immune resilience. Clients often notice reduced inflammation, improved skin health, and increased vitality through optimized lymphatic system performance.
Mind-Body Coaching
Mind-Body Coaching integrates somatic practices and mindfulness to address emotional and physical conflicts. Sessions combine breathwork, movement education, and dialogue to strengthen internal resources for stress management. This approach helps clients process trauma, regulate nervous system responses, and cultivate self-awareness. By bridging physical sensations with emotional insights, clients develop sustainable strategies for mental health, resilience, and holistic well-being through embodied healing practices.
Neural Mobilization
Neural Mobilization releases nerve restrictions to reduce pain signals and improve mobility. Practitioners use precise techniques to free compressed nerve pathways, restoring natural movement patterns. This therapy addresses conditions like sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, and neuropathy by improving nerve glide and reducing inflammation. Clients experience decreased pain sensitivity, enhanced joint flexibility, and better coordination as nerve function integrates with muscular and connective tissue systems for optimal physical performance.

Kerry Hagner is a massage therapist I strongly recommend and admire for her holistic approach. This was my first time using shiatsu acupressure, and I found it to be really calming and rejuvenating. The environment was spotless, inviting, and pleasant. Kerry was friendly, informed, and competent. I had a great time during the session and am looking forward to returning to try some of her other services.

I had not had a massage in a long time and decided that I would treat myself. I scheduled an appointment with Brian and I'm glad I did! He is good at what he does and does it with the utmost professionalism! I went in for a full body massage for relaxation purposes and that is just what I got and I enjoyed every minute of it! I would recommend Brian if you are looking for someone that knows what he is doing and cares about what he is doing and enjoys doing what he is doing; because he does all three! the rates vary depending on the length of the massage, but I like an hour and it was worth every $! Try him out! I will be scheduling another appointment in the future!

Kinetikos is keeping me out of the operating room. Holy has helped me keep my carpel tunnel managed while others in my family have already had two surgeries.
