Overpriced old resort. We stayed at many other places in Florida at much better price rates. As other reviewers have noticed, you are paying for the golf course and other amenities and activities for local members and guests are left out. The airconditioning system is very old and does not allow you to set the temperature and turn it off on your own in your room. Called the service two times. It was a great inconvenience and wasted a lot of our time.
There were some activities for the kids in the resort but as we found out you had to sign up for them a month ahead. Our kids were disappointed. The kids pool was nice but overcrouded on the weekend.

Susan is the very best at facials. I almost don't want to share that bc she's always booked out but she deserves it. Best place in town for a luxurious spa experience!

My first time there and it was a great experience. I got the Florida ritual and a facial. Andrea and Sue were awesome. They took their time treated me like a queen and with respect. I only gave it 4 stars because it was a bit pricey, but great service

What's not to love? The pampering, the attentiveness of the staff, is super! But really, $80 for a "spa" manicure? What about $11 to add chicken to a $16 salad? It was lovely day and I also got another service, and my nails looked great after, but it's lasting about as long as a "regular" nail salon manicure. I loved everything about being there, but they could slightly reduce what they charge and still do a wonderful amount of business. It was crowded the day I was there. I commend the staff for their friendliness and kindness, but I'll likely not return.
