Ive been here twice before. Always a great experience. This time I had highlights done and my hair cut. Worth the cost! No more cheap haircuts for me. I loved my stylist as well, so friendly and took great care to make my experience comfortable.

My stylist asked me how I wear my bangs, and I told her straight. Mind you I had curtain bangs hitting at my cheekbone. She cut my hair facing away from the mirror, when she turned me around towards the mirror-I had a straight cut full bang across my forehead! I tried to be nice, and said I guess they will grow out. Instead of apologizing, Paula became quite rude and defensive. She insisted I told her I wanted them straight, I said inSTYLED THEM STRAIGHT. She was very rude and kept the conversation going about how I was to blame. I wouldn't let them Groom my dog.

When I moved to the Capital Region in December of 2011, I searched a very long time for someone that could do my nails with the quality I was used to. I finally found Hair and Body Essentials and Angela. I was impressed by the work she did in fact, she was better than my former nail technician! I've been seeing her every other week since that first time. I appreciate, not only the professional way she works on my nails but, the friendliness and ease of our visits.

She never fails to ask about my life and my family. She remembers all the little details of what is going on with me. She is also my trusted resource for all sorts of things from movies to see to the suggestion of where I should have my wedding! She's never steered me wrong. Angie is a treasure!

Everyone is so friendly - I look forward to my visits. So pleased with the services. I absolutely love Hair and Body Essentials. Everyone is super friendly and always ask how you are. I've gotten my hair done there and have a standing appointment for nails. I am so impressed that I sent a friend there and she was as happy with the service as I always am!

All staff are professional, friendly and very efficient. I've been coming to the Salon for many years and the staff have always been the best! My stylist, Kristin, is fantastic! Very talented with color, highlights, cut, etc.! I wish her the best!
