What services require pre-treatment preparation?

Clinical facials and waxing require discontinuing certain skincare products. For facials, stop retinoids and glycolic acids one week prior. Waxing needs 3-4 weeks hair growth and avoids sunburned skin.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we provide gift cards for all services and products. They can be purchased online or at our front desk in any denomination.

Can I book appointments online?

What products do you use?

We exclusively use natural and organic products from Arcona, Naturopathica, and Londontown. These include plant-based ingredients, essential oils, and cruelty-free formulations for all treatments.

Are there age restrictions for services?

Clients under 18 require parental consent for massage therapy. Prenatal massage is available for non-first-trimester clients with physician approval.

Do you have cancellation policies?

We require 24-hour cancellation notice for regular appointments and 48 hours for multiple-service bookings. Late cancellations incur 50% charges to reserve practitioner time.

I've had my fair share of deep tissue massages over the years but can honestly say that the one I received from Katy was not just one of the best, but the BEST. She is seriously talented. Beyond the massage, the facilities were clean, well-kept and relaxing. I was so blissed out I could barely open my eyes to leave! Would definitely recommend.

I had a lovely pedicure at Jinsei spa. The spa is organized and professional. Not a lot of availability so they could only get me in for a pedicure, not a manicure/pedicure. It is a relaxing and pretty spa. Good experience overall. Would go back again. Remember to take cash for tips! This spa does not allow you to add a tip to your credit card. They are environmentally aware so don't forget your own flip-flops for after the pedi!

We had a side by side couples massage w hot stones. The massage was wonderful. The room was dim and relaxing. The ladies that did our massage were professional and kind. We were invited to stay and use the steam room afterwards which we did not know was an option or we would have planned on it. We will definitely be back!

I've been traveling to Bend for over 10 years and always make Jinsei a regular part of my visits and a necessary one as well. The therapists are as technically sound and as gifted to the touch as any I've encountered in 45 years of massage.
