Services
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage combines long strokes and kneading techniques to improve circulation and reduce muscle tension. This gentle approach promotes mental clarity and physical relaxation while enhancing overall flexibility. Ideal for stress relief and general wellness maintenance, it uses therapeutic oils to facilitate smooth movements and skin nourishment.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage targets chronic muscle tension through focused pressure on deeper tissue layers. Using elbows and knuckles, this technique addresses misalignments and repetitive strain injuries. Clients may experience post-treatment soreness, requiring hydration to flush released toxins while improving long-term mobility and posture.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage prevents injuries and accelerates recovery for active individuals. This specialized technique enhances athletic performance through improved flexibility and reduced inflammation. Designed for both professional athletes and recreational sports participants, it addresses sport-specific stress points while promoting faster healing from training-related microtrauma.
Pre-Natal Massage
Pre-Natal Massage addresses pregnancy-related physical changes using specialized positioning and gentle techniques. It alleviates joint pain, improves breathing patterns, and reduces digestive discomfort while providing emotional support during pregnancy. Sessions focus on safe, comfortable positioning for expectant mothers in all trimesters.
Foot Scrub Treatment
Exfoliating Foot Scrub Treatment removes dead skin cells through manual scrubbing followed by warm towel application. This invigorating service includes a moisturizing leg and foot massage with body butter, promoting circulation and skin renewal. The treatment concludes with hydration to maintain smooth, refreshed lower extremities.
