Shel is an amazing stylist, color technician, and person! She is thorough, helpful, attentive, supportive, flexible, caring, and her expertise is unsurpassed. She always does an amazing job on my hair, and I always feel great when I see her. She is the only stylist that I've ever felt truly connected to. She deserves recognition in every way possible for her commitment and the awesome job I know she does every day.

This was my first time getting my hair done with Mikaela and I was super nervous because I got a bad haircut last time I got my hair done and she fixed it perfectly! She did everything perfect and I will be returning to her. She was so sweet and did a great job with everything. I am so happy with how my hair turned out!

This was my first time seeing Mikaela after trying to find a new hairstylist for years and being disappointed every time. Safe to say the search is over and I am so happy with how my hair turned out. Spending 4 hrs in her chair was a delight and she was so chill and is incredibly talented, and listened to exactly what I was looking for. Also, everyone else that I interacted with at this salon was super nice and it was such a great atmosphere! Just a great experience overall!

Ask for Jody at the Downingtown PA location. She is wonderful and fun and excellent at her craft! A pleasure to see her every time I make an appointment. Skilled at both short and long hair! Love her. 10/10 stars! The Staff is kind and professional and give quality services. Their Shelf of assorted hair products that you can buy a la carte are very expensive FYI.

Everything is always great when I book with Deirdre! She makes you feel comfortable and at home throughout the session, and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. I've never been happier with/gotten more compliments on my hair! The other workers are also always very warm and welcoming, such as the shampooers and the people working the front desk. I love going here!
