Services
Swedish Relaxation Massage
Our foundational treatment uses long, flowing strokes to promote deep relaxation and improve circulation. Ideal for stress relief and general wellness, this technique helps reduce muscle tension while creating a calming effect on the nervous system. Therapists adjust pressure levels to suit individual preferences, making it accessible for all experience levels.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeted therapy addresses chronic muscle tension and specific pain points through deeper pressure techniques. Focused on realigning muscle fibers and connective tissue, this treatment benefits individuals with postural imbalances or repetitive strain injuries. Therapists use specialized tools and techniques to break down adhesions and improve mobility.
Hot Stone Massage
Combines traditional massage with strategically placed heated stones to enhance muscle relaxation and circulation. The therapeutic heat penetrates deep into tissues, allowing for more effective tension release. This treatment promotes detoxification while creating a deeply soothing sensory experience through temperature contrast techniques.
Sports Massage
Customized treatments for active individuals focus on injury prevention and performance enhancement. Incorporates myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and range-of-motion techniques to improve flexibility and recovery times. Designed for both professional athletes and recreational exercisers seeking to maintain peak physical condition.
Pregnancy Massage
Specialized therapy addresses the unique needs of expectant mothers using a supportive pregnancy table. Alleviates common discomforts like back pain and swelling while promoting circulation. Conducted with physician approval when needed, this treatment supports emotional well-being and physical comfort throughout the prenatal journey.

Fabulous! I bought the Salt City scrub/massage/jacuzzi/sauna package for only $125. Such incredible value for everything that comes with it! Historic old building is gorgeous, massage therapist was wonderful, overall experience was relaxing and exactly what I needed. I think I will be back soon!

In a word: ahhhhhhh! Located in one of Onondaga Street's beautiful old mansions. We got there just in time, so unable to explore the beautifully appointed rooms. I took my husband for a couples massage. My husband had Abigail and was extremely satisfied, as I was with Kerry, who -even though I'm not a fan of a lot of pressure - knows how to do it just right. The heating pads and essential oils add a lovely finishing touch.
Bear in mind, during the couples massage, you are not in the same room, but in two rooms with an open door between. And you cannot book it using the online tool for some reason, but whoever answered the phone is extremely pleasant. Next time I plan on trying the stone massage.

Wonderful experience! The building itself is a lovely old brick mansion with a creaky wooden staircase and large treatment rooms. Eric is their newest massage therapist (but he has many years experience). he was amazing! Excellent deep-tissue work. And he let me zone out so he could concentrate his skills. Can't wait to go back!
