Jennifer became a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2016 under the guidance of Kimberly Payne. Currently, she is continuing her studies in functional medicine-based nutrition and holistic health. When Jen isn't helping her clients find health and wellness, she's enjoying life with her husband, two boys, and dog Daisy.

Is there anything else about your health history that you think would be useful for your massage practitioner to know to plan a safe and effective massage session for you? I understand that these massage sessions are for general wellness purposes and that I should see a doctor or other appropriate health care provider for diagnosis and treatment of any suspected medical problem.
