Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality Tonight i made a very last minute appointment and this salon took me in and Kara was such a sweet and talented girl! She gave me the most amazing manicure and she was great company to be around. The front desk girls are also extremely sweet and i will definitely be back because of my great experience! Jenna is my hairdresser. I cannot say enough about her mad skills as a beautician. I have followed her fro from another salon to Options. They are really very friendly and attentive. Making appointments, calling with reminders etc. They also offer manicures, hair care products etc. I always feel a little more beautiful when I leave there
