She's such a good stylist! Whenever I get my hair done here I always look really great after. Great color and great cut! HOWEVER, I've been to her about 5 times and everytime she's late. Once, she changed my appointment the day of and I got an email notification. Other times, she pulls into the parking lot 10 minutes late. We are all busy, but she needs to make the time just like I did. She is also always on the phone when doing my hair. The 5th time was my last time; I need to find someone who will respect my time.

Chavon is my amazing stylist here! She is definitely Atlanta's best kept secret. Her depth of knowledge and creativity are unparalleled. I am so thankful for her!

I have only been here 2 times. My first visit, my appointment was rescheduled twice. My second visit my appointment was rescheduled 4 times! Both were with Kiersten. The salon has moved to a much, much smaller location. Besides the pricing being a bit high, I was still willing to patronize this business. However, my 2nd visit changed that thought COMPLETELY!

The day after my appointment I found a bald spot in my head! To say that I was furious is an understatement. I just can't understand how a stylist could do this. I have very healthy hair of which she confirmed. I would advise anyone who values their hair & time to seek a stylists in the pool of many that Atlanta has to offer.

Kiersten and Company is a simply fantastic salon with the most wonderful stylists (Kiersten and Dominique). Their attention to detail when washing and styling your hair is superb! But not only is the technical skills of the Kiersten and Company stylists amazing, but the overall customer service is just a pleasure. I always feel so welcomed when I arrive to the salon and I have never had an experience where I was waiting past my appointment time to receive services (HUGE PLUS).

Once you arrive, you are immediately serviced! My mom and I have been a client of Kiersten and Company going on three years now. The service is so phenomenal we travel over an hour each week for an appointment. I absolutely recommended Kiersten and Company!

I really enjoyed my facial with Jessica before my wedding. She is very knowledgable about skin care and personalized the facial for me. I would highly recommend her. Kiersten and Company is the only place I go for my hair. The salon is relaxing and they give the best scalp massage. My time is very important, I appreciate being able to get in and get out quickly. I wear my hair natural, I love their steam treatments and my shiny hair!

My daughters and I absolutely love the customer service and the extremely talented stylists at Kiersten & Company. My daughters have very thick, curly hair. Whenever they opt for a silky straight look, Kiersten & Co. really works miracles! Hair stays straight and smooth even in 80 degree Atlanta heat at a Track Meet! Truly a JEWEL in Northern Atlanta!

For years, I drove closer to the city to get my hair done. As I was having a hard time finding a good salon in the area that I was happy with. I wanted style as well as healthy hair. Luckily, I started going to Kiersten shortly after I decided to go natural about four years ago. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable in healthy hair and she had style.

Since going to her salon, my hair has grown a lot and I am seeing a lot less shedding than before. It makes me happy and re-confirms my appreciation of what she offers when others come up to me inquiring about who does my hair.
