Services
NST Massage
NST (Normalization of Soft Tissue) targets specific areas of discomfort through postural analysis and health history review. This deep-tissue technique improves blood flow, enhances tissue pliability, and restores proper function. Clients receive personalized stretching recommendations to maintain progress between sessions. Ideal for addressing injury-related pain patterns and performance limitations.
MLD Therapy
Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses gentle, rhythmic movements to stimulate lymph flow and detoxification. Developed by the Vodder School, this technique reduces swelling, supports immune function, and aids post-surgical recovery. Particularly effective for acute injuries and chronic conditions requiring non-invasive treatment approaches.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage combines classic techniques to improve circulation and promote relaxation. While focusing on stress reduction, this modality also enhances overall tissue health. Therapists may incorporate Swedish techniques during deeper sessions to transition between treatment areas.
CBD-Enhanced Massage
Topical CBD application complements massage therapy by reducing inflammation and enhancing tissue nourishment. Our organic, THC-free hemp-derived products provide localized pain relief without psychoactive effects. Available as a $25 add-on to any session for clients seeking enhanced therapeutic outcomes.

I came in by ambulance early around 239 this morning and was in the Er for about 2hrs they check me out well for chest pains. I then was told I would admitted to the hospital itself. Was told around 6am it is now almost 2pm. I was supposed to go home 2hrs ago. Now I am just awaiting them finishing take out the monitors. So I can home. Overall it has been a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work!

L brought my mother for some lab work and imaging. Our medical experience was exquisite! Everybody in lab and imaging department were super polite and patient and professional! However we had a terrible experience with the lady sitting at the information desk! Irene was very rude, aggressive with an extremely condesending behavior! Very disapointing for such a great medical center to have a very unprofessional, rude person at the entrance!

I have been dealing with a number of health issues recently and Boulder Community Health has been a major player in the big picture. My family doctor is in the Boulder Community Health group, as is the clinic he works with. I have to compliment the varying number of doctors and their agencies that they work with for their communication amongst them regarding my health care. I have been consistently disappointed with the lack of communication between the health care offices taking care of me. It was a great surprise to find that they were actually talking to each other. I'm giving them all a good solid thumbs up.

Absolutely horrible experience. I arrived at the emergency room after going into anaphylaxis from accidentally eating cashews. The minute I walked in, I collapsed on the floor and the staff shouted at me to get up, then heckled me for not wearing a mask (I understand the circumstances with COVID, but I was literally in anaphylaxis; wearing a mask was the last thing on my mind). I wasn't feeling good, so I sat down on a chair in the lobby and immediately threw up. Then, the staff accused me of being drunk even though my boyfriend had already explained the situation to them.

I could barely walk to the room, and collapsed again, but was not offered a wheelchair or any support from staff (my boyfriend had to hold me up). The people who administered my IV and asked for my insurance and pharmacy information in the room were very nice, but I had to explain 3 times that I do not live Boulder, I do not go to CU Boulder, and my pharmacy was in Denver. As a person of color, I have had bad experiences at doctors offices before, but this was easily the worst. Avoid this hospital if you can. EDIT: I arrived at the ER on 2/18/2022 at about 8:30 PM
