Services
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage addresses soft tissue pain through manual manipulation of muscles and connective tissues. This treatment improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and breaks pain cycles caused by chronic tension. Clients receive customized sessions combining multiple techniques to address specific conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome or sciatic pain.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage targets chronic muscle tension using sustained pressure on deeper muscle layers. This technique breaks adhesions in overused muscles while promoting faster injury recovery. Therapists employ cross-fiber friction and myofascial release to treat sports injuries and repetitive stress conditions effectively.
Sports Massage
Sports massage combines pre-event warm-up techniques with post-activity recovery methods. This service prevents injuries through muscle preparation and accelerates healing for athletes participating in cycling events and martial arts. Sessions include range-of-motion exercises and targeted muscle release protocols.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular therapy addresses pain caused by nerve compression and trigger points. This approach releases entrapped nerves through precise pressure application while improving circulation to affected areas. Treatment plans address headaches, back pain, and repetitive stress injuries through targeted soft tissue manipulation.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage uses gentle rhythmic movements to enhance immune system function. This technique reduces swelling and accelerates healing through improved lymph circulation. Therapists employ specialized strokes to stimulate fluid movement while supporting the body's natural detoxification processes.

Great massage at a great price! Free. for me. My office hires Sandy to come in once every two months for half hour chair, and now table massages. She's very personable and respectful and also provides a nice monthly newsletter. From what I understand, her rates are good for paying chumps as well.
