Beau Monde West is my oasis... I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate the care I receive the second I walk through the door. The staff makes you feel so welcome and appreciated. The relaxation room is so peaceful and cozy which helps you start your relaxation process. If you are looking for a facial you'll never forget book with Steph! She takes care of you like you're family. The minute you walk into her room she assesses exactly what you need most and goes beyond the call of duty to give it to you. Steph is THE BEST at making last minute changes. If you walk in and she thinks you need something other than what you had booked she'll immediately change her plans to make sure you get the best service for your immediate needs. I recently had a laser treatment and she INVENTED a protocol on the spot to protect my skin and promote healing. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate the loving care I get from her.

I had a recent appointment with DESTINY. She's literally the BEST!!
I have a few ortho issues and she took time prior to me dis-robing to discuss those specifics and really was attentive, asking further probing questions.
During the massage she was most attentive to the areas we discussed prior to the massage. Destiny, during the massage, she checked in with me to ensure each area we discussed prior, was acknowledged and she made sure of my comfort level.
I started giggling bc I'm ticklish sometimes lol and Destiny helped me recenter. I've had massages previously from other establishments and it's almost awkward when no one speaks or engaging, which for me stresses me out bc it's just awkward.
Destiny related to me and help me relax
We actually ended up laughing and exchanging life experiences.
I'm not sure if Destiny will see this, but I truly appreciate her kindness, thoughtfulness, and made this my best experience!
I would like to wish her luck with her upcoming wedding and I really hope her doggos get to attend.
I do have a question, and I'll call eventually, but does Destiny do couples massages? I'd like book with her again - my bestie needs a massage and I do as well. If that's not a service I understand. I look forward to my next visit! Thank you again!!

I did the Timeless Facial with Emily and it was delightful! She was amazing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
I don't love how I feel obligated to buy products after treatments like this because I simply come to relax but I do understand that's how these places keep their business - just a preference of mine.
Heads Up: I received a gift card to come here but upon checking out was informed that I could only use it at the East location. No where on the gift card did it mention this and the woman who cashed me out told me I should call the East location to request a refund. This was a gift so that really isn't an option for me and then she informed it "it was above her pay grade" to handle further. I really enjoyed the visit here but unfortunately this kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had the most amazing massage with Shanna and truly can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked into the spa, I felt completely at ease its beautifully clean, welcoming, and so peaceful. Shanna has such a calming presence and incredible skill. She incorporated gua sha into the massage, and it was a total game-changer I could feel the tension melt away. My body felt lighter, my muscles more relaxed, and my skin was glowing afterward. It was one of the most therapeutic and rejuvenating experiences Ive ever had. Ill definitely be back! I had the best massage today with Holly!! She was amazing! I had a deep tissue with hot stones. She hit all my pressure points I requested and my neck and shoulders feel so much better with no knots or tension left. I will definitely be scheduling again with Holly. This place is amazing! Very clean and smells amazing. Janelle at the front counter was extremely helpful when I called a couple days before my appointment to get it scheduled. Olive did my massage and she did fabulous. I definitely recommend her! Overall 10/10 recommend this place! I loved my experience here!
