My girlfriends and I got massages here and we were so happy. The aesthetician ended up being sick but Caroline made sure my friend getting the facial still had a relaxing service. We had an emergency in the days approaching our appointment and they were accommodating about the possibility of a cancellation. we look forward to going again for our next girls trip. We were all happy and relaxed!

I recently experienced an incredibly relaxing massage from Julia. My massage therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and tailored the session to my needs perfectly. The tension in my back melted away as her expert hands worked their magic. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. I highly recommended for anyone in need of some self-care and relaxation!

Julia was my therapist and she was amazing. Made me feel at home, instead of Comercialised trying to get you to buy their products and what have you.

Hello, I purchased the Massage & Glow package and the massage and the good quality products they used were excellent. The staff that assisted me was very pleasant and professional. This service does not compare to those offered by other spas in the area (I compared it to the places I have been to and paid more and which are honestly not as good). It was simply one of my best self-gifted birthday gifts.

I was not a believer in massage therapy, until I went to Tranquility and met Caroline. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. They pinpoint areas and work them right out. Thank you!

Came in for a birthday massage and left feeling refreshed and renewed. The ambience is very relaxing and it's very clean. Caroline is very knowledgeable about the muscle groups and gave me one of the best massages I've ever gotten. I also got cupping done for my tension and I can't wait to return! Definitely recommend! 10/10

Quality control means truly thinking about the client, listening to their specific points of need, & then carefully focusing on them. All of that & more was the gift of my deep tissue massage with Caroline. Lovely setting w/just the right music, lighting, privacy for me. Relaxing, peaceful, therapeutic, excellent care. Thank you!

What I loved about Townbank Tranquility Spa is the serene space away from the hectic clogged tourist spots. She offers sparkling water and cool head rest, simple details adding to my comfort. She listened to my body and asked my permission before trying something she sensed would help, such as cupping trigger points in my shoulders. I felt cared for during my entire experience.

Well deserved 5 stars. The place is very clean and the decor is classy and calming. Caroline was quick to respond and troubleshoot when there was glitch in online booking, so that is was not a real issue at all. This is going to sound overdramatic, but I really mean it when I say my therapeutic massage was the best I've ever had. I've tried around many different places and my experiences have ranged from disappointing to just "good".
But I left Caroline's feeling GREAT, problem areas well addressed, and results lasting way longer than previous massages. She moved me around in ways others hadn't to get to my trickier knots. She checked in from time to time about pressure/comfort but wasn't nagging. She was open to chat but also comfortable with silence. She's got a lifelong customer out of me now, and I've already recommended her to many of my friends and family.

Caroline gave me a super relaxing massage! She made sure to check in on me throughout to verify that everything she was doing felt okay, which I appreciated a lot. The spa itself is so peaceful and calming, too. All around an amazing experience!
