Teresa Biggerstaff has been the owner and doctor of Advanced Oral & Facial Surgery for years and has been offering facial cosmetic surgery services through the practice. She completed a fellowship in facial cosmetic surgery following her residency training. Cosmetic surgery has always been a passion, so she decided to add a more luxurious environment in which to offer these services. In addition, she brought on an aesthetician and massage therapist to create a true medical spa.The spa provides a wide variety of services, but our most popular services are Botox and facial fillers, laser therapies, massage and non-invasive body contouring.

If I could give more stars I would in a heartbeat. I can't say enough amazing things about Ashley! I've had two Botox appointments with her and have been headache free for months! She walked me through everything from beginning to end and is incredibly kind and patient. You will be in amazing hands with her!

I visited for the first time for my first hydra facial. I was very impressed with the layout and feel of the place. Very nice, relaxing ambiance. Olivia was my aesthetician and she was wonderful. She addressed my skin care concerns and guided me in the right direction on how to move forward with products that would benefit me. I will be back. I booked an appointment the same day for another procedure. The upfront staff was very nice and welcome as well. I'm glad I gave this place a chance!

I went to Ageless in the Triad for the first time for a birthday present to myself on Tuesday for some Botox. This was my first time getting Botox and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Avery was amazing and so knowledgeable, kind and very personable. I told her everything I was thinking of doing and what I wanted the outcome to be from that day.
Not only does this facility do Botox and other fillers, but they are a full blown med spa and advanced oral and facial surgery right next door! They literally have everything you could possibly need except a hair stylist and nails lol So needless to say, I have found my place! I cannot wait to see the results and go back again!

Absolutely love Ageless! I have received all kinds of services over the years -- from massage, facial and injection. Amazing staff and quality, professional experience. Avery is trust worthy and and very skilled when it comes to injections and let's face it (no pun intended), you need someone you can trust with those services. Olivia is the BOMB for all things facial and skincare related.
She takes her time, really cares and is just overall really great at what she does. Also, shout out to Tori for always being understanding and kind when scheduling -- with my busy and ever changing work schedule I often have to reschedule and I have never felt "shamed" for doing so.

Ageless of the Triad offers top notch service and quality! Avery and the other staff are prompt, courteous and thorough. After using another med spa for several years prior to discovering Ageless, there is no comparison between other med spas and Ageless. I am now a forever customer of this amazing gem in Kernersville!

I went in for my first experience yesterday and everything from the atmosphere, to the customer service, to the service itself was absolutely perfect. I will absolutely be back and look forward to working with Lauren, who is super knowledgeable and took plenty of time to look at my skin and evaluate what I needed and a plan of action for the future, to get my skin back in good shape. I would highly highly recommend to anyone.

What a treasure to have this spa in my backyard, of Kernersville! I had a relaxing hot stone massage by Anna and it was EVERYTHING! Anna worked on every knot and tightness on my back and shoulders. The hot stones.perfect! I'll definitely be back. The staff was friendly and attentive and the decor has a relaxing aura as soon as you walk in.

I am updating my review because I just had a new service done there and it was amazing! Anna told me she was now offering cupping and suggested it to help with my shoulder pain. I can't often take the pressure she needs to give to help and that's where the cupping suggestion came in! It was 98% painless! Only time it was slightly uncomfortable was when she was moving them around.
My back was pretty red but I had no marks afterwards like you saw on the athletes in the Olympics. I love that Anna knows my body so well that she can suggest new treatments to help me and that AITT updates services to keep up with changing procedures!

I was home visiting this week and I called same day to see if they had any openings for a massage and I lucked out. I always carry my tension in my upper back and neck. Every time that I have a massage I am asked if I want focus there but it is rare that anyone actually spends the time on my problem area. Anna was my therapist and she was amazing.
She used the pressure I liked and she asked and actually spent all the time on my trouble spots. I would go back here all the time if I lived in town. I can't wait to come back to visit home so I can book another massage with Anna.

Ageless is such a nice spa. I have indulged in several services including SculpSure laser fat destruction which is AMAZING! Their aesthetician Lauren had a broad range of knowledge about skin care and is such a sweetheart! I know several who have gotten massages and rave how skilled the massage therapists are. It's next on my list! I visit this spa very frequently and highly recommend it!

Love Ageless in the Triad. The staff is very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I love the way they make me feel like I am their only focus. They have great product selections such as Obagi but I was introduced to their new Avene line and its my new must have! Always look forward to my next visit.
