Tri-Healing: Mind. Body. Energy

Each body is unique, and thus requires a unique treatment. My approach is to treat each body uniquely with each massage.

I am formally trained in multiple modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports, Geometric Release, Structural Integration, Lymphatic Drainage, Medical, and Therapeutic Massage. I now combines all of this knowledge to bring the specific healing touch that is needed at that time.

I also currently work as a spiritual and life coach over the phone. Based on my successes with that and the appreciation I have received from those I have helped, I have decided to offer these services to the wider public.

With my background in psychology in conjunction with my own personal spiritual journey, I now facilitate communication, whether it be between you and your body, you and another person, or you and other/higher aspects of yourself.

The same rates and scheduling process apply for these sessions, but they can be done over the phone or on Skype as well.
