Great office! Great location! #1 Dr! First visit reception was so welcoming. Dr Vahl explained everything well and was thorough. He also took x-rays prior to treatment, which wasn't done by other chiropractors I'd been to in the past. Dr Vahl's office offers other services as well as discounts. Open later than most too. I highly recommend Dr Vahl and his office.

I have been going to Dr Vahl for a few years now. LOVE him, ,,, he always takes time to listen to your issue and never rushes you through. He adjusts my thoracic like no one else can! AND. I went to his massage therapist, Aaron, for the first time yesterday. THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. after my body worker moved. Aaron is a body worker. mind/body/spirit! He does tissue releasing and isolated stretches and shows you things to do at home! I cannot say enough. I have been dealing with a BAD hip problem for 5 months. I slept like a baby pain free last night! Got adjusted. and then an AMAZING massage!

Dr. Vahl is the only chiropractor I've ever had success with. He's easy going yet professional. Most importantly, he has really helped my neck. His staff is awesome and his office very modern. It's always a great experience going there.

The best chiropractor in Encinitas! Very caring and thorough. Dr. Vahl listens to what you're needs are and caters to each individual. He doesn't over book his appointments, he spends plenty of time with you and I never feel rushed. His office is filled with professionals. Friendly front office and the most highly qualified massage therapists around!

Man, I was wondering if there was anything that could help my sciatica! I have had this aching pain down my leg for the past 6 months and tried medications with no help. Having pain everyday was really affecting life in a serious way! I tried 3 shots in the back and a month of physical therapy with almost no relief. Thought of chiropractic, but thought it was only for back or neck pain. I did not think it could help with sciatica.
My coworker told me to give this chiropractor a call as he has helped her in the past. A real LIFE SAVER! He has been working on me for the past 6 weeks and has cut my pain way down. I mean Way Down. This has worked for reducing my pain much better that the shots I had. A Big Thanks!

I was mountain biking around the 101 on the coast in Encinitas, when my front tire must have went flat and caused my bike to crash. I landed on my right knee and injured it. I mean it hurt to stand and walk on it. I wanted to see if a chiropractor could help me heal up, so I checked out some reviews, and it lead me here. Dr. Vahl did some type of soft tissue treatment and worked on my knee for a few visits. Chiropractic really has helped out quite a lot. I can get back to biking now. Hopefully, I won't do it again, but if I do, I know where to go. :

Ok, I found this place by their excellent reviews on Yelp. I was looking for an Encinitas chiropractor that would be affordable as I don't make that much as a cashier. I had heard from my friend that chiropractic can help with migraines. I have been having migraines since I was 10 and having them about two times a week. It was really hard to study and concentrate in school growing up, and my doctor had me on Imitrex to help deal with them.
I never liked taking the medication, and was excited to hear that chiropractic could help. On advice from a friend, I decided to give chiropractic a try. I can say after going for about two months, wow, Vahl Chiropractic Wellness Center has really helped me. I have been migraine free for the past month now! I recommend anyone suffering with migraines to give Dr. Vahl a try!

I have been having pain down my leg after my nightly jogging that started about 6 months ago. I never had it before was not sure what was causing it. So I went to see my doctor to find out what was causing the pain, and she recommended to see a chiropractor as she thought it was coming from my back. So after checking around for a chiropractor in Encinitas, I found Dr. Vahl's office. I have had six chiropractic treatments, and I can say that it really has made a difference! I have less pain now, and will start running again shortly. I am a avid runner and was worried that I would have stop because of the constant pain. Thank you for making a difference!

Dr Vahl was so nice and got me in with my short notice (I told him my back is KILLING me)! My lower back pain has been going on for almost a month, and I finally decided to see doctor. And what a WISE decision to come to the Vahl's! Great staff and service, easy to find office, relax environment. Dr Vahl was patient, listened to my concerns and back pain complains. With his adjustment right then, I actually able to finally spend sometime walking around in my favorite shop today!
I am going back next week and looking forward to my pain free days. I will for sure keep coming back for services like massage to keep my body healthy and pain free! High quality for the great price! 5 stars!
