Swedish Relaxation
Swedish relaxation massage, also known as circulatory massage, is a wonderful way to achieve totoal relaxation using long body strokes, and gradually deepening pressure that will quickly ease your stress and alleviate most minor and some major discomfort of tight muscles. Blended with relaxing music, warm ambiance, and lots of nurturing, you will certainly want to pamper yourself over and over again.
Deep Tissue Massage
A powerful deep pressure massage that will very quickly release stress and allow body tissues to return to their natural position. This is "the next step" in depth beyond the basic Swedish massage. Very heavy open handed techniques with lots of deep tissue compression and extra nurturing mark this one a favorite.
Neuromuscular Therapy
An agressive deep tissue session specifically for problem areas. This massage starts with basic swedish but quickly gets specific and focuses in on the problem muscle groups. Great for the avid sports person that needs deep work in preparation for an event, to recover from an event, or to expedite healing from an injury.
Integrative Therapy
Integrative Therapy is a blend of traditional therapy such as Massage therapy and alternative therapy such as Reiki, Anodyne (Infra Red) therapy, or Energetic Healing. These sessions address the whole body and the ultimate goal is to bring balance to the mind, body, spirit.

As a current massage therapy student, I made an excellent choice in choosing this school. MT is a rigorous course of study for state certification but Joe and his staff are always involved and available to each student. Lots of one on one instruction from an advanced massage therapist which helps learning good technique. Professionalism is highly regarded here, so I know I'm going into a strong industry. I highly recommend this school if you're thinking about a career in MT, or if you just need a really good massage!

This ain't no fru-fru massage. I've had serious injuries and am disabled because of them. I've had more relief from pain in 3 weeks of deep tissue therapy from Joe than I've had in 2 years of "pain management" and meds from doctors. I've had massage therapy at other places, the "chair " massages at fairs and other events. Even the "relaxation " massages of chain stores. No one, NO ONE will, or in my opinion, can, do better therapeutic massage than Joe! The man has a gift. And I feel so much less pain because of it!

Hands down the best experience of my life. My first massage in my entire life was amazing I feel like I can breath and everything is going to be ok. To feel as if the weight has been taken from me just from one massage is amazing. Debbi and Joe we're very attentive to my needs especially cause it was my first massage and it was great. She took her time and help me relax. I love that I can see the passion in her job. She loves her job and it shows.

If you like deep tissue massage Joe is your man. Been going to Joe for close to 20 years. Started getting massage after injuries and he has kept me highly functioning all these years. He can do any kind of massage but is not afraid to do the work to relieve your pain, stress, or just plain relax you. His wife is an aromatherapist so they also have all kinds of lotions and potions to help heal your ills or pamper yourself or your friends.
They are also both super nice people. When I started with Joe I had been to different therapists that said I was too hard to massage because I needed deep tissue. I was looking in the phone book and saw Joe's Body Shop and thought that sounds like a tough guy. I was not disappointed.

Best massage ever. I am a burn victim with over 40% of my body with 3rd degree burns I have hardly any pores on the right side of my body and very bad circulation and after every massage i am a new Man. I originally was going for my spinal stenosis and degenerated disc disorder. Now all three. When I leave Joe's Body Shop I am a New Man. THANKS JOE I can function in society again. Better than any pain pill. I recommend to all hurting or just want to relax. Joe's Body Shop is the place.

Right from the start you get that feeling of being cared about. Cheryl greets you warmly and puts you at ease. Joe is very caring and genuinely interested in what your needs are. He quickly identifies areas of tension and intuitively knows what pressure and depth is most comfortable for you. What an AWESOME session! You will want to pamper yourself over and over again!!!
