The customer service reps want to charge you a $50.00 visa processing fee just to use VISA. This is absolutely ridicolus, never have I ever seen a company that charges so much in ADMIN fees to pay by Visa. Save your time next time you purchase a massage table and buy another brand that better supports their products outside of the warranty period.

Oakworks grown into corporation and lost its great customer service it used to have many years ago. Everything has changed, perhaps greediness took over of the management and ownership of the company. They become big and rich. Arrogance and unfriendliness attitude on the faces of the management. There is no more customer oriented attitude and customer appreciation policy. Everything has changed. It felt very awkward even to be there. The worst experience ever of very bad customer service with unfriendly, arrogant, irritated management.
