I was disappointed as this place was recommended by a friend who had a great experience. I have gotten a bikini wax done before multiple times but this was my first time here. I waited 20 min after my appt time before being seen. The woman who waxed me shrugged off my complaint of the wax being too hot. It felt like she just rushed through my appt not taking care to check her work or let me check.

It only took 10 min, which I feel is too short a time to make sure you've done a good job. She didn't leave the room so I could change back into my clothes. After I got home I realized that she had missed an entire section of hair that definitely should have been waxed. Other places that were waxed still had some stray hairs. I've also never had an issue with this, but after this wax my skin around the bikini area is irritated and red. It still is even after 3 days.

I had a massage done there last night, and let me tell you. I am NOT a better me for it! My back is so sore and tender I cannot even stand to be touched. I can't lay on my back. I Can't even wear my bra! I have received several massages over the years from different locations and have NEVER been in such pain after one. This was my first and last time there! Most expensive, painful massage I've ever had.

I asked her a few times to lighten up on the pressure and put on my form I liked moderate pressure. I assumed it hurt so bad because I was very "knotty" according to the masseuse. I give her two stars because she was very sweet and funny but I will never let her touch me again!

My husband and I came here for our 10th anniversary. This was my husband's 1st professional massage and he enjoyed it very much! I enjoyed my massage just as much. We did not wait very long before being called back, the facility was clean, the staff was very nice, and I look forward to going back one day soon.

The massage was good. They started 20 minutes late and did NOT do the additional 15 minutes for extra service we paid for. They replied saying that I should pay for a longer massage next time when the website clearly states that adding a service adds additional time. If I pay for an extra 15 minutes with hot stones.then 50 plus 15 is 65.

My husband and I went for a couples massage and it was our first time there. We loved it! They were all so friendly and professional. The ambiance is warm and relaxing and our massage therapists did a wonderful job. 50 minutes went by so fast! We will be coming here again. Thank you!
