Services
Swedish Massage
This classic technique uses long, gliding strokes to promote full-body relaxation and improve circulation. Ideal for stress relief, it helps increase oxygen flow in the blood while releasing muscle tension. Our therapists customize pressure levels to suit individual preferences, making it perfect for first-time massage clients seeking general wellness benefits.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting deeper muscle layers, this modality addresses chronic pain and postural issues through focused pressure techniques. Therapists work on specific areas like shoulders and back to break down adhesions and improve mobility. Recommended for clients with repetitive strain injuries or persistent muscle tightness, sessions include postural analysis and stretching recommendations for lasting results.
Himalayan Salt Stone Massage
Our signature treatment uses warmed salt crystals to realign energy pathways and reduce electromagnetic stress. The stones' natural exfoliating properties improve skin texture while their grounding effects promote better sleep. This 60-minute session combines traditional massage techniques with chakra balancing to address both physical and emotional wellness needs.
Infrared Sauna Therapy
Full-spectrum infrared sessions penetrate deep into tissue to stimulate detoxification and calorie burning. Clients can choose 30-60 minute sessions that boost metabolism and reduce inflammation. The therapy includes herbal wraps to enhance sweating and post-treatment hydration guidance. Regular sessions support weight management and improved circulation according to our wellness specialists.
Moor Mud Facial
This European mud treatment detoxifies and nourishes skin without causing peeling. The 45-minute facial includes steam cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration using mineral-rich Hungarian Moor Mud. Ideal for all skin types, it addresses concerns like dryness and aging while providing a relaxing massage component for facial muscle tension relief.

Shannon was amazing and knew intuitively exactly what I needed and how firm or light she needed to massage. The hot towels are the best. Shannon is very professional and makes you feel like she knows exactly what you need and exudes confidence.

Never in 20 years of routine massage have I ended a session at 30 minutes. This therapist, (Mark) had only performed efflurage (stroking) on my back and began the same poorly coordinated stroke work on my legs. When I asked if he performed petrissage (kneading), he informed me he did not perform it very often as he is more experienced in physical therapy. He stated the massage was scheduled as full body and not as swedish (there is no such standard set at this spa).
He further informed me he did not like performing swedish and "fluff and buff" work. I told him the massage is over. He spoke angrily to me and yelled, "What is your background?" and I asked him to leave the room. He did. I did not pay. I told the receptionist what occurred and that I would be writing this review.

This is in response to my last review because I couldn't edit it. They contacted me and fully made up for it. Aida is AMAZING. Best massage I've ever had. Also the sauna is so nice and relaxing. Thank you Jessica's Massage Spa!

This is by far the WORST massage experience we have ever had. We get massages regularly and often get massages when we travel too. We thought we would try a new place for our weekend, what a mistake! My massage was managed so poorly that she didn't work on the areas that I requested and she didn't have time to work on my front side. I requested that she change her pressure multiple times, but she never did.
Her partner was just as unsatisfactory. My husband asked for her to change her pressure and to stay away from a shoulder injury. She couldn't do either apparently because he could barely move his shoulder the rest of the weekend. He went to an ACTUAL massage therapist the next week to work out the mess they caused. During the massage they talked to each other, ignoring that we were even there. They even started arguing about changing the height of the table while my husband and I were supposed to be in the room changing! It was clear that they had no clue what they were doing and I would be shocked if they were actually licensed. Please please please do NOT ever go there!
