Services
Therapeutic Massage
Our therapeutic massage services combine multiple techniques to address chronic pain, muscle tension, and stress relief. Practitioners use deep tissue work, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to improve circulation and mobility. Clients benefit from customized sessions that target specific areas of concern while promoting overall relaxation and wellness.
Reiki Healing
Reiki healing utilizes gentle energy transfer to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. This non-invasive therapy helps reduce stress, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being through guided energy flow. Practitioners work with clients to restore natural energy pathways and support the body's self-healing capabilities in a calming environment.
Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology applies pressure to specific points on the feet corresponding to different body systems. This ancient practice helps relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote systemic balance. Sessions focus on restoring energy flow and addressing specific health concerns through targeted foot therapy techniques.
Facials
Our facial treatments provide customized skincare solutions for various skin types and concerns. Services include deep cleansing, anti-aging treatments, and teen skincare programs using premium products. Each session combines professional techniques with personalized consultations to achieve healthier, glowing skin through natural skincare routines.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage uses gentle, rhythmic movements to stimulate natural lymph flow and detoxification. This specialized technique helps reduce swelling, boost immune function, and alleviate fluid retention. Practitioners employ specific pressure patterns to enhance circulation and support the body's natural waste removal processes.

The business is low key, quiet, clean and the staff are friendly. I love the location.not in a strip mall. I especially love Monique who does my massages. She is professional, a great listener and cares about how I feel.

Tamara was absolutely fabulous. She found all of my tight spots and applied just the right amount of pressure. I was so enthralled with the massage that my mind barely wandered and the massage seemed to last forever. A thousand thanks! I am buying a gift certificate for my sister-in-law and my husband to see her. SO GOOD!
