Swedish Massage
Therapeutic stroking and kneading techniques improve circulation while relieving muscle tension. This foundational treatment combines long strokes, kneading, and circular movements to reduce stress and increase flexibility. Ideal for general wellness maintenance and first-time clients seeking relaxation.
Hot Stone Massage
Warm stones penetrate deep muscle layers to melt away tension while promoting circulation. The combination of heated stones and massage techniques creates profound relaxation and eases chronic pain. Particularly effective for clients with tight muscles or stress-related discomfort.
Pregnancy Massage
Specialized techniques address common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and swelling. Focused work on weight-bearing joints and circulation supports maternal comfort throughout pregnancy. Performed with proper positioning for safety and maximum benefit during this transformative period.
Sports Massage
Targeted techniques enhance athletic performance and accelerate recovery. Pre-event sessions increase flexibility while post-event treatments reduce muscle soreness. Addresses specific needs of active individuals through customized stretching and deep tissue work.
Deep Tissue Massage
Focused pressure releases chronic muscle tension and corrects postural imbalances. Therapists work through layers of tissue to address long-standing issues like repetitive strain injuries. Recommended for clients with specific pain points or recovery needs from physical stress.

I love this massage studio. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. Marissa is amazing. She's very intuitive and helps me feel like a functional human being again. They are strict with following covid protocols and I know I'm in good, clean hands here.
