Our goal is to give each of our clients the best possible experience. In order to achieve this, we ask that all of our guests follow our wellness center guidelines. Please arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow sufficient time for you to fill out any paperwork and get comfortable before your session.

Purchase a series of 5 massages for a discount off the regular price (30 minutes for $300, 45 minutes for $450, 60 minutes for $550 and 90 minutes for $850). We will gladly host special parties or functions (bridal showers, employee recognition, etc.) at our facilities, or let us come to you. Our massage services are completely portable for parties or special occasions.

I am licensed in Connecticut and New York and trained in pregnancy, Swedish, deep tissue, sports, infant, canine, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, Thai massage and aromatherapy massage. I am also a Reiki Master. Originally a Bachelor's of Science in Sales and Marketing from Bentley University, I worked in the field in both New York City and Stamford, Connecticut.
