There is a $30.00 Process fee (includes cost of Fed Ex delivery ) for Official Transcripts (Hard Copy with wet signature required for state licensing). Replacement copies of certificates that have been lost or damaged are no longer available for replacement. Transcripts are processed in the order in which the request is received, within 2 weeks of request unless more information is needed to process. If you are contacted by phone or email because further information is needed, your transcript will not be processed until the information needed is obtained.
