I made an appointment for my partner for a Christmas gift with a gift card and an hour before her appointment they sent her a text cancelling the appointment without an explanation. We tried calling back for three weeks and left messages and no answer or reply. Very unprofessional and she was heartbroken because she was so looking forward to it.

This place is my favorite since 2009. I finally found a clean spa with lots of kindness and incredible masseurs. My last two years Ruby has been my masseur and I can say that every appointment is better than the last one, She is AMAZING! Waxing is pretty good too.
