I had my first appointment with Ann at Redwood Massage today and absolutely loved every minute. Ann provides the perfect touch and you instantly connect with her. No frills, awesome therapists if you're seeking a therapeutic massage. Reasonable rates and easy online booking. Rooms and tables are comfortable. Can't comment on the sauna.

Outstanding! I have been doing massage for over 35 years and this was one of the best I've ever had. Anne is a pro. The atmosphere in the rooms is nice and relaxing and was quiet. I highly recommend Redwood Massage & Sauna.

I have been to Anne and Betty, both are incredible massage therapists. I have been all over the peninsula (Watercourse way, Rosewood Avant Guard etc) and honestly, these two ladies at Redwood Massage have given hands down the best massages that I have had. It is NOT a fancy place, it is NOT a spa, it is not somewhere to go and lounge in a towel and spend the day. It IS the place to go for a very good high quality massage.
I cannot speak as to the other therapists, but these guys came highly recommended. I am very picky about style, and quality, and most places are ok, and give you a nice rubdown, but not a true massage. I almost felt like I had to interview massage therapists at other locations before I let them touch me and pay for a massage that truly sucked. If you want a great massage this is the place.
