Services
Swedish Therapeutic Massage
Swedish Therapeutic Massage releases chronic muscle tension, improves circulation, and reduces stress through long, flowing strokes. Ideal for clients seeking pain relief and enhanced joint flexibility, this modality promotes overall wellness by stimulating blood flow and lymphatic drainage. Our licensed therapists customize pressure levels to individual comfort, ensuring both relaxation and therapeutic benefits for first-time and regular clients.
Deep Muscle Massage
Deep Muscle Massage targets chronic pain and muscle tightness using firm pressure to access deeper tissue layers. Therapists focus on problem areas like shoulders and lower back, adjusting techniques based on client feedback during sessions. This service benefits athletes and individuals with repetitive strain injuries by breaking down adhesions and improving mobility through specialized, intensity-controlled treatment.
Reflexology
Reflexology applies targeted pressure to foot reflex points corresponding to body organs and systems. This non-invasive treatment promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and supports internal balance by stimulating nerve endings in the feet. Clients experience stress reduction and enhanced well-being through 30-90 minute sessions addressing specific health concerns like digestive issues and hormonal imbalances.
Facial Treatments
Our facial treatments combine exfoliation, hydration, and targeted therapies to improve skin texture and appearance. From customized 'In Touch' facials to anti-aging light therapy, these services address concerns like acne, fine lines, and uneven tone. Professional-grade products and techniques like microdermabrasion deliver visible results, with options for standalone treatments or massage combinations.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage provides safe, specialized relief for pregnancy-related discomforts through modified techniques and positioning. This service reduces swelling, alleviates back pain, and promotes relaxation for expectant mothers in all trimesters. Therapists trained in perinatal care use gentle pressure to enhance circulation and prepare the body for labor while ensuring comfort and safety throughout treatment.

Exceptionally clean relaxing environment. Exceptional massage. I telephoned the other day in pain.asking for a "now" appointment.an hour and half later I was on the massage table. Very accommodating

My massage was excellent but shocked to see the receptionist not wearing a mask at all. I thought it was a law that everyone needs to be masked up. I work in the school system and fortunate to have been vaccinated but I still wear a mask. Very shocked, thankfully my masseuse was wearing a mask or I would have stayed.

I have been coming here for a while now, and I've always loved it and tried to refer people, but today I just had a massage by Sarah and it was literally the best massage I've ever had. I could feel my body just popping back into place. 100% recommend this place!

Cozy little place just off the main drag. You have to make an appointment, in the past I was able to get same day. They have 3 locations, and he main site in schwenksville/skippack, the Doing Valley YMCA, and a private county club you need to be a member to. They are willing to wear masks, and use disposable oil holders. The mailing list offers decent discounts.
