I have been going to Susan for about 6 years and have always had a positive experience. She always takes time to listen to my questions and concerns and then creates a plan to address the issues including at home exercises and stretches. I am grateful for her patience, kindness, and knowledge.

Awful! The owner Susan is rude and should not be teaching students. She does not understand how a business works when the employees make mistakes, treating the customer rude is not okay. I would NEVER recommend this business or School.
