This new class focusing on the positive stretching movement of the body in order to feel good all over. In this class we will target the hips, back and shoulders. We will use many props, options and modifications in this class which will fit everyone's individual needs. Yin, a slow-paced style of yoga with postures/poses that are held for longer periods of time usually 3 -5 minutes. This practice is a chance to turn inward and nurture the calm, quiet the innate in our mind. A practice in stillness, patience and non-reactivity.
